Michelle Hobson – Bear Cubs Nursery Supervisor
Michelle Hobson has been with TLC since February 2021, serving as the Infant Nursery Supervisor and Lead Infant Teacher. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.
Her love for working with kids led her to an early childhood setting, where she found opportunities to learn, grow, and share her knowledge with others. Michelle is particularly passionate about infant and toddler growth and development, focusing on creating a supportive environment that fosters their early learning and milestones.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her boys, exploring the outdoors, going for walks with her dogs, and reading whenever she can find a moment.
Known for her ability to juggle multiple tasks at once, Michelle describes herself as an “octopus” in the classroom, making even the busiest moments look effortless. Her ability to multitask and keep a calm, organized space makes her a valuable leader in the infant room.
Regina Moritz – Bear Cubs
Regina serves as an Infant Teacher at TLC, having joined the team in May 2025. She is a certified Infant Nursery Supervisor, with both hands-on experience and professional training in supporting infant development.
Her passion for early childhood education began after having her own children, when she discovered how much she enjoyed watching them—and others—learn and grow during the earliest years of life. She is especially passionate about literacy, believing that a love for books and language begins in infancy.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her children, especially exploring new places, parks, and museums together.
Breanna Kuykendall – Bear Cubs
Breanna joined the TLC team in January 2025 as a Support Teacher. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and developed an early passion for working with children during her college years.
After taking early childhood education (ECE) classes and completing an internship at TLC, Breanna knew she had found her calling. The opportunity to support children’s social-emotional development is something she values deeply. She is especially passionate about helping children understand and express their emotions in healthy, productive ways.
Outside of work, Breanna loves to bake. Every December, her family gathers for a holiday baking day, making dozens of cookies to share with friends and neighbors. A lifelong book lover, Breanna dreamed of becoming a librarian when she was young. Her love for reading continues to inspire her today, both personally and professionally.
Kristiana Grimaldo – Bear Cubs
Kristiana joined TLC November 2025, and serves as an Infant Teacher. She brings a caring, nurturing approach to her work with young children.
Kristiana is passionate about early childhood education because it allows her to provide a warm, loving, safe, and supportive learning environment where children can thrive. She is especially dedicated to fostering social-emotional growth, supporting early literacy and language development, and implementing play-based learning experiences.
Outside of the classroom, Kristiana enjoys spending time with her dogs and being with her family, especially her beloved niece. A fun fact about her is that her dedication to ECE is inspired by her grandmother, Ms. Tavita Grimaldo, who was a deeply loved member of the TLC community for over 20 years.
