Infants

Michelle Hobson – Birch

Michelle Hobson has been with TLC since February 2021, serving as the Infant Nursery Supervisor and Lead Infant Teacher. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.

Her love for working with kids led her to an early childhood setting, where she found opportunities to learn, grow, and share her knowledge with others. Michelle is particularly passionate about infant and toddler growth and development, focusing on creating a supportive environment that fosters their early learning and milestones.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her boys, exploring the outdoors, going for walks with her dogs, and reading whenever she can find a moment.

Known for her ability to juggle multiple tasks at once, Michelle describes herself as an “octopus” in the classroom, making even the busiest moments look effortless. Her ability to multitask and keep a calm, organized space makes her a valuable leader in the infant room.

Breanna Kuykendall – Birch

Breanna joined the TLC team in January 2025 as a Support Teacher. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and developed an early passion for working with children during her college years.

After taking early childhood education (ECE) classes and completing an internship at TLC, Breanna knew she had found her calling. The opportunity to support children’s social-emotional development is something she values deeply. She is especially passionate about helping children understand and express their emotions in healthy, productive ways.

Outside of work, Breanna loves to bake. Every December, her family gathers for a holiday baking day, making dozens of cookies to share with friends and neighbors. A lifelong book lover, Breanna dreamed of becoming a librarian when she was young. Her love for reading continues to inspire her today, both personally and professionally.

Regina Moritz – Pinyon

Regina serves as an Infant Teacher at TLC, having joined the team in May 2025. She is a certified Infant Nursery Supervisor, with both hands-on experience and professional training in supporting infant development.

Her passion for early childhood education began after having her own children, when she discovered how much she enjoyed watching them—and others—learn and grow during the earliest years of life. She is especially passionate about literacy, believing that a love for books and language begins in infancy.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her children, especially exploring new places, parks, and museums together.

Roxanne Chamberlain – Pinyon

Sonia Arciniega Reyes – Support Teacher

Sonia brings creativity and compassion to her role as a support teacher at TLC. She holds a PDIS 3.0 Level 3 certification and has been part of the TLC team since March 2023.

Her journey into early childhood education was inspired by a personal desire to better understand and navigate big emotions—something she now helps toddlers explore and manage every day.

Outside the classroom, Sonia enjoys cooking, working out, and exploring nature.
