Preschool Classrooms

TLC preschool classrooms offer year-round, full or half-day programs for two, three, and five days a week. Preschool classrooms are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with all children in their classrooms and ready to start the day by 9:00 AM. Each child is prepared for kindergarten-readiness using the Creative Curriculum, Storybook Journey, Zoophonics, Learning Without Tears, Project-Based Learning, and the Pyramid Plus Approach. Drop-off and pick-up times are based on family needs and we ask that children spend no more than nine hours per day at TLC Learning Center. We believe that caregivers are their child’s first teachers and recognize the importance of spending time together. Nine hours in group care is a very long day for little learners.

TLC Offers Individualized Learning for Each Child:

Preparing children for success, in kindergarten and beyond, is our focus. We accomplish this by uniquely offering:

  • Small class sizes that do not exceed 14 children.

  • A low teacher:student ratio to ensure each child receives the attention they need to be successful.

  • Highly experienced and engaged teachers and therapists who are committed to helping each child achieve their greatest potential.

  • Research-based curriculum tailored to each individual learner in coordination with a team of teachers and therapists involved in classroom activities.

  • A diverse and inclusive learning environment where children with all skills and abilities are supported and encouraged to be their best.

Children graduate from TLC ready for kindergarten—full of confidence, able to navigate social situations with their peers, and possessing a lifelong love of learning.
