Michelle Hobson – Bear Cubs Nursery Supervisor

Michelle Hobson has been with TLC since February 2021, serving as the Infant Nursery Supervisor and Lead Infant Teacher. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Her love for working with kids led her to an early childhood setting, where she found opportunities to learn, grow, and share her knowledge with others.

Michelle is particularly passionate about infant and toddler growth and development, focusing on creating a supportive environment that fosters their early learning and milestones. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her boys, exploring the outdoors, going for walks with her dogs, and reading whenever she can find a moment.

Known for her ability to juggle multiple tasks at once, Michelle describes herself as an “octopus” in the classroom, making even the busiest moments look effortless. Her ability to multitask and keep a calm, organized space makes her a valuable leader in the infant room.

Viviana Soria – Bear Cubs

Viviana Soria joined TLC in October 2024 as an Infant Teacher. Inspired by her own experience as a mother, Viviana was motivated to expand her knowledge of child development to better support her children and others in their growth. She is passionate about fostering early development and creating nurturing environments where infants can thrive.

Viviana is particularly interested in family engagement, believing that strong connections between home and school are essential for children’s success. Outside of work, she enjoys creating lasting memories with her family and loves to spend time cooking.

Diane Zatarain – Bear Cubs

Diane Zatarain became part of the TLC team in May 2024 as an Infant Teacher. With a strong appreciation for the rapid learning and boundless curiosity of young children, Diane is committed to fostering a supportive and stimulating environment for infants. Her focus is on early childhood development, helping little ones reach key milestones while encouraging their natural exploration of the world around them.Outside of the classroom, Diane has a variety of interests, including attending concerts, reading, and enjoying arts and crafts. A fun fact about Diane is that she is a skilled musician, playing seven different instruments.

Diane’s passion for early childhood education and her wide-ranging hobbies make her a dynamic and valued member of the TLC team.
